Relocation Coordinator

Howard Hanna Company is currently searching for a Relocation Coordinator in our corporate office, Pittsburgh, PA. This position provides assistance with Hanna Relocation Associates (HRA, sales associates who are now in referral status) interoffice referrals, assistance with the 800 phone line. The Relocation Coordinator will also be a back-up for our Destination Services area.  This is a full-time position, within our Relocation and Business Development Department. 

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, coordinate and process all HRA licensing paperwork
  • Coordinate and process HRA licensing renewal paperwork on even numbered years for all HRA licensees
  • Receive HRA referrals, place referrals, data entry and check processing of the HRA referrals
  • Assist with Interoffice Referral questions and direct Office Managers and Sales Associates to the proper source to have any concerns or questions, answered and resolved
  • Maintain data input into various relocation company systems and profit power
  • Back-up each of the Destination Services desks, as needed
  • Various other responsibilities as assigned

  • Must work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday
  • Strong computer/internet proficiency
  • Develops and maintains a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the team, customers, clients and service partners
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Office experience preferred
  • Good business sense, with a strong work ethic
