Hanna Gold Advantage Coordinator
Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Howard Hanna Company is currently searching for a Hanna Gold Advantage Coordinator for our corporate office in Pittsburgh, PA.  This is a full-time position, salary and benefits within our Relocation and Business Development Department.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all Hanna Gold Advantage, Senior Platinum Plus and Military on the Move referrals
  • Articulate, with the ability to interact with the customer(s), regional managers, office managers and assigned sales associates to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, with excellent follow-up skills by phone and/or email
  • Accurate data entry input for each customer into the Profit Power accounting system and set-up a file folder for each customer
  • Tracking of files to post closing
  • Once closed, verification of cash reward checks and processing to close the file
  • Various other responsibilities, as assigned

 

Required Skills:

  • Must possess strong communication, teamwork, client service and problem-solving skills
  • Must work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and with a team, prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday
  • Strong computer/internet proficiency
  • Basic math skills
  • Develops and maintains a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the team, customers, regional managers, office managers and sales associates
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual

 

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of two to three years of office experience strongly preferred
  • Customer service experience
