Reporting to the Operations Manager of Howard Hanna Insurance Services: service policies upon request of the insured, banks, dealerships and any other persons upon receipt of sufficient documentation. Business and workflow are to be conducted in a standardized format including but not limited to interpreting company underwriting guidelines/interpreting risk recommendations, sorting through daily mail, taking/returning phone calls, establishing good relationships with all clients.
Account Representatives will be responsible for the following:
Speaking with clients in a professional manner and maintaining a high level of tact at all times. All representatives are responsible for being courteous and kind and treating the client as if they are our only client. Representatives are accountable for their tone of voice, attitude, and work ethic at all times. Representatives must support all business needs as they may relate to the responsibilities of the business unit and support the Division Operations Manager in other duties and special projects assigned at the Manager’s discretion.
