Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of production numbers
  • Balance and analyze line of credit activity
  • Record income from sold mortgage loans
  • Monthly journal entries and accruals
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Compile bank reconciliations
  • Account analysis
  • Maintain schedules to analyze and track budgeted expenses
  • Assist with month end and year end close
  • Other duties as requested


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Computer skills: strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Dynamics GP a plus
  • Attention to detail

  • Timeliness in meeting deadlines
  • Critical thinking and problem solving ability
