Regional Commissions Coordinator
Location: Mayfield Heights, OH

Position Description:

  • Provide customer service and support for office admins and managers in all regions
  • Responsible for reviewing sales to ensure accurate payout to sales associates(approximately 750 sales associates)
  • Liaison between offices and accounting department assisting in procedural and policy questions
  • File closed deals in appropriate office drawers
  • Review internal reports to ensure accuracy and make changes as necessary
  • Administer the monthly sales associate programs
  • Send out mail to the offices
  • Assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications:    

  • Two years of experience in an operations support/customer service role or related experience
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Critical thinking and problem solving ability
