Location: Mayfield Heights, OH

Administrative Assistant to the Executive VP of Administration

The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Administration. 

The Primary Functions of this position include:

  • Leasing Assistant
  • Facilities Assistant
  • Quality service surveys & reviews administrator

Other functions include, but are not limited to:

  • The use of the following programs, Realtor, Zillow, Trulia, Trendgraphix, Centralized Showing Services, Collateral Analytics, Window Vision, Zipforms, Docusign, Skyslope, One Cavo, Upstream, Agent IDX, Spacio, RealScout, and other 3rd party applications.
  • Working knowledge of each program
  • Administer contracts, reminders, and coordinates internally with the IT department, Training, Sales, Marketing, and other departments when necessary

Job Requirements:

For this position candidate must be extremely organized, proficient with 3rd party software, proficient with Outlook: Word, Excel and PPT. This is a high-end admin position. A good opportunity for a current office Admin or other departmental administrative employees. This is a company- wide position, no need for local/ regional knowledge.
