Sales Manager
Location: Rochester, NY

Hanna Commercial New York is hiring an Sales Manager for the Upstate New York region with responsibilities for oversight of sales agents from Rochester to Albany. This person would also be a producing manager. It is estimated that 50% of the time would be spent managing and 50% on their own production.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support for all Hanna Commercial Agents
  • Maintain office information and records
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Supervise support staff and work in coordination with the Buffalo office and HR
  • High proficiency with sales and management skills
  • Supervise the composition of client reports, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Assist with database management
  • Oversee outgoing invoices; approval office expenses
  • Prepare agendas, organize meetings

Preferred Experience:

  • 5 years of Sales & Management Experience
  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills
  • Real Estate Industry knowledge/experience
  • Licensed Real Estate Agent or Broker in New State
