Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer
Location: Clifton Park, NY 

Overview:   Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is looking for a Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer for New Construction to join our Marketing team.  This position is a hybrid of graphic design and account service.  The ideal candidate is a champion multi-tasker who loves deadlines, has sharp creative instincts and design skills, is an engaging presenter and possesses excellent customer service skills. Located in Clifton Park, NY and reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, this candidate must be able to work directly with Sales Associates and Builders to develop and execute multi-media and multi-generational marketing campaigns, presentations and events. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with builder clients, our sales associates and the marketing team to conceive, design and implement marketing initiatives for new home properties
  • Communicate with marketing vendors and internal support departments as required
  • Ensure quality and brand standards are met across all deliverables, while staying on deadline and within compliance guidelines
  • Maintain current database driven systems for communications, billing and product delivery
  • Maintain website content and contribute to social media marketing support

Key Skills/Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of Marketing/Communications experience
  • Must be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software for graphic design
  • Experience working with sales teams desired
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Top notch organization and project management skills
  • Understanding of social and electronic media
