Advertising Coordinator
Location: Rochester, NY

 

Part-Time Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm

OVERVIEW:  Our Company is looking to hire a part-time Advertising Coordinator to work in our Rochester, NY location. This position is part-time Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm.

Description of duties and responsibilities:

  • Process ads for several offices (processing includes typing, tracking and billing of ads)
  • Email photos for display ads to the publication
  • Communicate with office secretaries/agents on missing info
  • Communicate with Publications on deadline, prices, sizes, missing inform, etc.
  • Balancing invoices for publications
  • Proofing for Marketing as needed
  • Assist other Ad Coordinators with other items as needed
